Purple Parking Meet and GreetThanks for a great service. The only thing which needs improving is the directions to the drop off area on arrival at the airport. I had to pay £2 to get out of the taxi drop off area and back to the roundabout for the Purple Parking drop off meet & greet.

Purple Parking Meet and GreetWe Opted for the service where you contact purple meet and greet and a driver is dispatched to a collection point. The postcode was provided, but it didn’t take us to Edinburgh airport, it took us slightly off track. When I rang the telephone number provided, I found the contact person rude an unhelpful. I accept it was the middle of the night and not everyone Is bright and cheerful . We Didn’t find his instructions very clear either on where to meet. It was ok on our return flight pretty straight forward In future We will opt for straight forward airport parking. We have never had any problems before

Only complaint I have is that I don’t see any reason for driver who moved our car to change any of the settings in the car .,radio station etc had all been changed.the meet and greet driver is there just to transfer the car to the car park not to amuse himself with different stations etc
