Check-in

The check-in areas are clearly sign-posted within the terminal. To find your check-in desk, look at the flight information screens in the main terminal building.

Check your ticket for advice on when to check-in, the following times provide a general guide:

Leisure and family facilities

There are baby changing facilities, both land-side and air-side, in dedicated rooms adjacent to the toilets.

In the airport restaurant there's a children's menu, highchairs, baby food and baby bottle warming available.

Pushchairs

Collapsible buggies are permitted on top of your baggage allowance. If you are travelling with a buggy, you can either deposit it on the over-sized baggage belt after check-in or keep your buggy with you up until the point of boarding the plane, where a member of staff can be on hand to load the buggy into the hold. When landing at Exeter Airport, your buggy will be available at the foot of the aircraft steps or else will be available for collection at the over-sized baggage reclaim area.

Shopping

Exeter's World Duty Free shop is air-side and offers fantastic savings on high street prices. Customers can choose from spirits, cigarettes, fragrances, skincare, cosmetics, confectionary, sunglasses, handbags, jewellery and watches.

The WHSmith is also air-side and offers a range of books, newspapers magazines and travel accessories.

Food & Drink

Land-side, there is a cafe offering a selection of sandwiches, snacks and hot beverages.

Air-side, there is a restaurant available, offering a wide range of hot breakfasts and meals throughout the day. There is also a bar accessed through the restaurant with extensive views over the airfield. The cafe offers a barista-led coffee menu as well as a selection of hot and cold snacks.

Business facilities

Land-side, an on-site conference/meeting room with seating for up to 12 is available and catering may also be arranged.

An Executive Lounge is available airside, should you wish to get away from the crowds and relax in a more comfortable environment. Facilities include Free WiFi, complimentary teas and coffees and a range of alcoholic drinks (limited to a maximum of two per person). You can also enjoy reading a newspaper or magazine, watching some television and there is no need to stress about your flight, as the lounge has flight information screens so you can keep track of your journey.
