ParksafeExcellent service, so easy to book, excellent directions given and very well signposted. Staff very friendly, bus was comfortable and very quick. On arrival, the office was easy to contact, the bus arrived quickly and the bus driver was very friendly and helpful. The car was parked by ourselves and keys kept so we had no worries about what might happen while we were away. The carpark is well signposted to find your car after returning. I would not hesitate to recommend purple parking and will use it every time we travel.

ParksafeThere was a planned overnight road closure on the main route less than a mile from the carpark. I would have expected a courtesy email informing me of this. There were no diversions in place and the carpark would not answer the phone (probably due to the amount of calls from others unable to reach the carpark) I eventually got there and only just got to the airport with minutes to spare. Not a great start to my holiday.
