Long StayReally easy to use, booked online. Gate opened as will pulled up, we parked the car and on leaving the gate opened as we drove up to it.

Long StayThe only nit I can pick is it seemed to be a lot longer than the quoted 4 minutes between buses and it was very cold when we got back at 2oclock in the morning

Long StayThe bus service was slow and inefficient. It became obvious that the number of buses has been cut. We had to wait for pick up from the car park for about 15 minutes in the cold. On our return, the bus stop was inadequately signposted and there was a long queue. When the bus eventually came , people were on anxious about getting on as there would be a very long wait for the next one. There is insufficient luggage space on the bus with some luggage racks being at shoulder height. I don’t know many people who can lift a full suitcase to that height. Elderly people were left to struggle with this. The whole experience was stressful and possibly dangerous. It was the worst part of our whole trip. Will never use again

Long StayI had read the e-mail where to go but as I didn't see a sign for your company. We drove in to the airport parking to ask someone and we got chargened £3 to get out. We found where to go. We was not happy. Next you have a meeting talk about putting signs up to where you are. I know it's in E-mail where to park. We like I good sign as that how we know where we are going. Thank you for your time.

Long Stayeasy to find car park as well signposted. plenty of spaces available. bus service great going to terminal however we walked back to the car park on our return as within easy walking distance. simple straight forward no problems encountered.

Long StayThe car park was easy to find and plenty of spaces were available, the bus journey from the airport terminal to the carpark was somewhat chaotic so we decided to walk. As we left the car park there was still no sign of the transfer bus!!
