VikingUsed the service and booked with Viking, arrived at the car park to find it closed with a sign to call a number. Rang the number and got no answer. Read the reviews and turns out they’re terrible and was advised to park in long stay instead. Surprised you have Viking on your records still, sounds as though they are con artists

VikingCar park closed, no prior info or communication. had to phone a mobile number on arrival at the abandoned car park booked to then be told to go to another car park. No airport transfer given and had to get 3 all luggage and 3 young children through the snow to the terminal by ourselves. No luggage trolleys, signs not adequate. Terrible service.

VikingOur car parking at LBA was operated by Viking. very pleasant staff at the reception, driver on way out was extremely delightful, driver on way back was a bit busy as there was about 10 of us (to fit in a 6 seater bus) at the waiting area so he had to drive quickly so he could. hat would have been a nice touch would be to announce who he was collecting (as they would know who was booked back at that time)- instead we seemed to have to organise ourselves.
