What to do when you arrive:
Give the Holiday Extras Meet and Greet car park a call when you're around 20 minutes away to let them know you're coming. Drive to the Short Stay car park for the terminal you are flying from and meet your driver - your booking confirmation will include directions and a postcode for your satnav. You'll need to go to the Purple desk and give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information.
From there, it's just a short walk to the terminal while the driver parks your car in a secured car park. If your terminal is closed for any reason, your driver will meet you at the new terminal your flight is departing from or returning to. Just give Holiday Extras Meet and Greet a call to let them know your terminal has changed.
How to get to Heathrow Airport once you've parked up:
You're only a few minutes away from the terminal, so won't have to fuss around with transfers as you just need to make the short stroll to your terminal.
What to do when you return:
Once you've collected your luggage, call the car park to let them know and walk back to where you were met on arrival and your car will be ready for collection.
Returning to a different terminal?
Don't worry the car park constantly monitors flights, they will return the car to the terminal you are landing to.

Electric vehicle charging
The car park has electric charging points, which are £15 for customers to use - this can change during busy periods. They work on a first come, first served basis and you'll need to bring your own cable and plug.
Accessibility:
This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus is not required.
Additional information:
- - If you are late on returning, the car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. If you go past this time, you will be charged for the extra parking at a rate of £20 a day. This is subject to change.
- - Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.05m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
- - Prices are for cars only. If you're parking a van, lorry, caravan, trailer or mobile home you'll be charged extra.
- - Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services.
- - Make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage.
- - All airport fees are included.
- - Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.
