We then experienced same and kept the vehicle behind us waiting. We had to call the intercom which took a while to answer. This should have been a swift operation but instead took too much time and we were anxious if we would get through barrier at all

They tried to send us to a different car park , a multi storey, which was further away from the airport. I don’t really appreciate paying £95 to have our holiday start off with an argument with parking staff
