Short Stay at Stansted AirportA smooth, easy process. The number plate recognition didn't work on the way into the car park so we took a ticket, but it worked upon exit so no hassle. A short walk to the terminal – all very convenient.

Short Stay at Stansted AirportService was great as always, the only thing we found a little confusing was on the collecting of the car. The lady said go to the grey area and you’ll find your car in an allocated bay, the paint on the flooring however looks very ‘blue’, not ‘grey’. So it did take us a few extra minutes to find our vehicle.

Short Stay at Stansted AirportWe don’t get much notice when there’s a funeral in Ireland and once informed we have to be prompt making travel arrangements. Luckily, you have a simple process on your website for arranging the parking and the procedure of just parking and collecting is just so easy. Also, driving up to the barriers without having to mess about is a plus. And leaving with the barrier opening automatically is just a dream. Hurrah for technology ???? Sad occasion for the trip made easier with your system Thank you. PS the cost of parking for just over one day is very expensive…! PPS my brothers and Mum parked in the Yellow car park which was proven to be just a little too far for my Mum as she isn’t great at walking these days. They will probably book up with you next time. Do you have an option to include a drop off before parking up the cars…? If so, can you forward the details please. Thanks again BGB.

Short Stay at Stansted AirportGetting into and back out are really simple thanks to the number plate recognition - I was issued a ticket on arrival but didn't need it to get out. It's then a 10minute walk into the terminal, really simple and will definitely use again!

Short Stay at Stansted AirportIt would be helpful if the walking times from the terminal at Stansted to the car parked in the Red area were more accurate on your website - particularly late evening when the only exit doors open to gain access to the ramp/lift down to the short term car parks are at the far end of Stansted Terminal after leaving Arrivals. Your website states 1-3 mins.........I am reasonably fit and with luggage it was 7mins.
