What to do when you arrive:
When you're around thirty minutes away from the airport, call Airparks on 0800 298 5899 and press option 1. A driver will be notified that you're due to arrive and sent out to meet you. Head to Terminal Car Park 1, collecting a ticket at the entrance barrier, and head on inside. Go to level 3, where your driver will be waiting, and then hand over your vehicle and your keys. They'll whisk your car away to a secured car park.
How to get to Luton Airport:
The Terminal Car Park 1 is located next to the terminal. Once you've handed over your car and keys, you'll simply need to make the few minute walk to the check-in desks.
What to do when you return:
Once you've landed back at Luton Airport, walk back the way you came to level 3 of the terminal 1 car park. Your driver will be waiting there with you vehicle, and will provide you with a ticket that will allow you to exit. All that's left for you to do is hop-in and set-off for home!

- - As a shuttle bus isn't required, this parking service is a good option for those with limited mobility.
- - This service cannot accept vehicles with a taxi license plate.
- - Please note that you must be at the vehicle collection point within ten minutes of your booked time, otherwise additional charges may apply, payable at the exit barrier.
- - If your vehicle is larger than a standard parking bay (2.4 metres wide and 4.8 metres long), then your parking must be prearranged with Airparks, as you will be subject to an extra charge.
- - Terminal Car Park 1 cannot fit vehicles over seven feet high, mini-buses, mobile homes, high-sided vehicles, lorries, caravans or trailers. Large vehicles may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.
