What to do when you arrive:

Give Park Up a call when you're around 30 minutes from the airport to let them know you're on your way. Drop your car off at Level 3 of the Multi-Storey car park. A member of the team will meet you there and park your car while you walk to the terminal. If there's building works taking place at Luton Airport we recommend allowing an extra hour when dropping off your vehicle at the car park.

How to get to Luton Airport:

The Multi-Storey car park is located close to the terminal. Once you've handed over your car and keys, you'll simply need to make the few minute walk to the check-in desks.

What to do when you return:

When you get back, call Park Up and your car will be brought to the Multi-Storey car park. All that's left for you to do then is to make your journey home!

- Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or large vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
