What to do when you arrive at Smart Meet and Greet:

When you're 30 minutes from the airport, call TakeOff to let them know your arrival time.

Drop your car off at the Terminal car park 1. A member of the team will meet you at the orange TakeOff Luton Airport Meet and Greet desk, take your keys and park your car while you walk to the terminal.

What to do when you return:

When you get back, call TakeOff and your car will be brought back to where you dropped your car on arrival.

You'll have 15 minutes to exit the car park once your vehicle has been returned to you. Any longer than 15 minutes and you'll need to pay extra when you exit the car park.

Accessibility

This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus isn't needed.

The Smart Meet and Greet driver will move your car to a secured car park with the following security features:

  • 24-hour patrols

Additional information:

Your car will be parked in a secured off-site compound while you're away.

During bank holidays, there may be some changes in how the parking works. TakeOff will tell you about this if it affects you.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or large vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight, at their discretion. Any longer than this you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day which is subject to change.
