Special assistance

Manchester Airport requests that passengers needing special assistance discuss the necessary requirements with the travel agent, tour operator or airline at the time of booking and no later than 48 hours before date of departure. These will be passed on to One Complete Solution (OCS), the assistance service provider for the airport. Either head directly to your check-in point to request assistance or make your way to one of the designated assistance points. These blue totems are provided throughout the airport with a telephone intercom to request assistance and a drop down seat. You'll find these in areas such as entrance doors, car parks and the bus and rail station. OCS can then assist through check-in onwards. For more information, visit the Airport Accessibility page.
