What to do when you arrive:
Call Enjayco on 0870 392 1615 when you're around 15 minutes away from arriving, so a driver can be despatched to meet you. Make your way to the Short Stay car park and press the button to take a ticket at the entry barrier. Your driver will be waiting for you inside - you'll need to hand over your car keys and the ticket from the entry barrier. Your vehicle will be moved to a secured site, where it will stay until you return.
How to get to Norwich Airport:
It is only a few minute stroll to the terminal from the Short Stay car park, where you drop off your car. So once your vehicle is safely in the hands of an Enjayco driver, you simply need to make your own way to the check-in desks.
What to do when you return:
Once you've collected your lugagge at the airport, give the Enjayco team a call with the number provided on your booking confirmation. They will let you know where your vehicle has been parked, so make your way back to the Short Stay car park to locate it.
