What to do when you arrive:
Your vehicle's number plate will be automatically read and recognised at the barrier, and will lift to allow you inside once your booking has been checked. You'll also be issued a ticket containing your booking reference, which you'll need to use to exit on your return. Follow signs for the open parking zone, and park up in any available space. Pocket your keys - you don't need to hand them over to staff with this parking service.
How to get to Gatwick Airport:
Keep a note of where you've parked so you can find your car easily when you return. Then, make your way to the closest bus stop to wait for the free transfer to North terminal. These run every 10-12 minutes, 24 hours a day, and take between 7-12 minutes to reach the airport.
What to do when you return:
Once you've found your car and hopped in, head back to the barriers. Your registration will be read and the barriers will lift automatically, allowing you to set off for home. It really is that simple!
