What to do when you arrive:
Pause at the car park's entrance barrier, which uses automatic numberplate recognition technology to check your booking details and register your vehicle. You'll be issued a ticket with your booking reference above the bar code, which you'll need to use to exit the car park when you come back from your holiday. Drive in, following signs for the open parking zone and park up in any free space. Keep hold of your keys with this parking service as your vehicle won't need to be moved.
How to get to Gatwick Airport:
Make sure you keep a note of where you've parked so you can find your car easily when you return. Make your way to the nearest bus stop and wait for the car park's free transfer to arrive. It runs 24 hours a day, every 10-12 minutes, and will whisk you to the terminal in around 7-12 minutes.
What to do when you return:
Catch the same shuttle bus back to the car park and locate your car. Head back to the barriers, which will lift once your numberplate is checked, and you're free to set off for home!
