Purple Parking at GatwickI parked in the wrong car park which cost me £205 for the week. I spoke to purple parking, holiday extras both pf whom were useless, and the car park direct who were happy for you to refund in full. I got nowhere. Just a complaint form.

Purple Parking at GatwickI'm glad I visited in prev year so I knew what to do. I was ushered up behind other vehicles on arrival but no-one told me what to do next. I could have sat there for ages waiting for instructions as the car in front did. I got out and went to Reception, the poor chap in front had no idea and just sat in his car! Some customer service needed as even the guy who booked me in was grumpy.

Purple Parking at GatwickRubbish. Sorry. You are miles away fromn tbe airport. Using your post code in Sat Nav took me the wrong way. When my car chalk marks all over the windscreen and the rest of the car was covered in sticky brown specs which will have to be valeted to get them off.
