Dress code:
The lounge has a smart casual dress code and may refuse entry to customers not wearing suitable clothing. Tailored shorts are allowed, but the lounge suggests you do not wear sports clothing, camouflage patterns, clothing with offensive slogans or anything that exposes midriffs or shoulders. Hen and stag do themed clothing is not permitted.
Accessibility
The lounge is fully wheelchair accessible with step-free access and accessible toilets.
Opening times
The lounge is open from 4am to 9pm.
You can use the lounge up to 3 hours before your flight. When you book you'll be asked what time you want to arrive and your 3 hours will start from then.
You may be able to go in early, but this is at the discretion of the lounge staff as the lounge could get busy at peak times.
Need to know
Groups - Groups of more than five people cannot be booked into the lounge unless you've got authorisation from the lounge first. This applies even if the group is split into more than one booking. If you arrive as a group without prior authorisation, the lounge can refuse entry.
Although Luxe by Aspire is an adults-only lounge, there may be under-18s in the lounge if they're travelling business class.
